The GPAA Dance and Musical Theatre Competition
All dancers and singers perform in front of our revered judging panel made up of some of the industry’s leading professionals.
This competition is now in its sixth year. For season 2025, confirmed dates so far for Dubai, Northern Ireland, Bristol, Newcastle, Scotland and more are to be announced soon.
GPAA Summer Weekly Intentsives and Short Courses are designed to allow students to enhance their skills in dance and musical theatre whilst being trained by top professional teachers, many of whom have performed in a variety of West End shows, TV, and Music Videos as well as choreographing and directing musicals.
The course runs for 5 full days. It’s great fun with the chance to meet like-minded students from all over the UK and beyond!
The programme includes A choice of focus in Dance or Musical Theatre Training in Dance including ballet, and jazz with specialised dance workshops. Training in Musical Theatre including singing and specialised musical theatre workshops. Developing your skills in the performing arts. Sharing your work at the end of the week with friends and family.
Please note these courses are non-residential. Where necessary, students should organise their accommodation.
Masterclasses
With decades of experience, The GPAA master classes 2025 will be held in London and beyond. These classes are a unique opportunity to work alongside other like-minded, passionate and highly motivated students and to experience a professional level of training.
